Paris Hilton is reportedly dating actress Mischa Barton’s ex, Cisco Adler.

The socialite had a series of dates with Adler, who was earlier dumped by Barton after his nude pics appeared on ParisExposed.com.

And it seems The O.C. actress has no issues with her ex dating Hilton, for Barton, who earlier dated oil scion Brandon Davis, a close pal of The Simple Life star, is tired of ‘immature’ guys in her life.

“I'd like someone who's mature. God, I can't take another immature person,” the Sun quoted Barton, as saying.

Earlier, the actress was shocked to see Adler’s bare-all pics on the site, which put out a few video clips obtained from the hotel heiress’ belongings from a storage locker.

However, Adler had said that Barton wasn’t amused by the news, and that it was more difficult for her than for him in many ways.

"Mischa wasn't too excited, to say the least I think it was actually worse for her than for me in some ways,” the Sun quoted Adler, as saying.

29 year-old Cisco, who is the lead singer of rock band Whitestarr, had added that he would be more cautious about his sexcapades.

"So, yeah, I'm gonna try to keep my pants on from now on," he said.

A story published in the UK said the ex-con party princess was in jeopardy of losing her mega-inheritance because sullying the family reputation, saying that grandpa was cutting her out of the will. TMZ has confirmed that's baloney.

After the socialite was sprung from the klink, she spent a few days at grandpa Hilton's family compound in Beverly Hills. It's rumored that Paris stands to inherit somewhere in the neighborhood of $30 million.

It seems that Paris Hilton has a new man in her life, this time, a 21-year-old T-shirt designer, Tyler Atkins, who claims that she drugged him with pills like Vicodin and Rohypnols so that he would be pliable for a threesome.

The socialite was spotted with Atkins, whose label Rock Stars and Angels, is available in trendy L.A. boutiques like Kitson, outside the Polaroid Beach House in Malibu on July 15.

And sources have revealed that the two were "making out like teenagers.”

The Paris-Atkins hook-up has fuelled more speculations after the designer gave a recent interview, in which he boasts about hanging out with an unnamed "famous chick" at a house in the Hollywood Hills.

Atkins claims that this "famous chick" drugged him with four pills, following which he found himself in her spa bath with her and her best friend.

"She's like a full pill-popper ...And she gave me like four of these pills that were like Vicodin; they were like Rohypnols or something. Heavy, heavy. And she drugged me, this famous chick. ... I woke up in her spa bath with her and her best friend. We were in the spa bath, full-on threesome,” the New York Daily News quoted Atkins, as saying.

"And then I don't remember anything else. I remember waking up at 5 o'clock in the afternoon in between them both ... I couldn't find my clothes in the whole house. [I was] just tripping, just going, 'What did this girl give me?' It was gnarly, eh?" he added.

LOS ANGELES - An empty can of gourmet dog food taken from Paris Hilton's trash fetched $305 in an eBay auction. The sellers were from the Web site HollywoodStarTrash.com, which also listed several other Hilton items for sale on eBay. A used toothbrush sold for $305; two envelopes sent to her while she was in jail sold for $510; and a Coke can pulled from her trash went for $51. The organic gourmet dog food was produced by Party Animal Inc., and can be found in about 150 stores in Southern California and about 40 in New York. It can also be bought through the company's Web site.

Today I found out that if I wake up right at noon, my clock doesn't say a.m. or p.m. My curiosity was not satisfied. I went to the Encyclopedia, which is bunch of books with the same title, and I found out that it's because noon is a twelve that isn't in the morning or the afternoon. I mean, how could noon be after noon? Don't be ridiculous. In fact, noon is the "m," which stands for "merinian" or something. I think I will be visiting the Encyclopedia many more times in my life.


Next day...June 29:
Today I found out that my love for the Encyclopedia was short-lived. I tried to look up myself so I could learn more, and I wasn't even in there. Can you believe it? I tried to return it and get a better one, but it turns out Domenico Vacca doesn't even make Encyclopedias.


June 30:
Today I found out that I miss the people in jail: Old Three-Teeth, A-Frame, Big Suzy, and Brick House. I also found out that I don't remember their real names. Except for Big Suzy. Her real name is Suzy.

Today I found out that June only has 30 days. This isn't technically about me, but since today isn't really even a day, I think that's okay.


August 1:
Today I self-administered the Szondi test, which was named for its creator, Léopold Szondi, who was a prominent Hungarian psychiatrist at the Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest. The Szondi test esembles the more well-known Rorschach test in some regard, with one key distinction--instead of abstract inkblots, it employs cards printed with realistic photographs of the faces of mental patients and asks test subjects to select the two most appealing and two least appealing faces. After 23 days in jail, Paris Hilton is finally a free woman.

The heiress was released from prison shortly after midnight on Tuesday. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that Paris has lost nearly 10 pounds during her stay and that on her way out of jail, she stopped to change clothes in a public restroom that "smells rancid."

Sources also tell TMZ that Lynwood jail is happy to see Paris go and they hope that now things can get back to normal. Don't we all.

Paris is Grateful for everything she has

Just four days left for Paris Hilton to be out of the slammer, and the socialite has revealed that she is a changed woman who is grateful for everything she has.

Speaking to Ryan Seacrest of E News, the Simple Life star said that her gratitude has gone up so much for even the basic things she has been lucky enough to have.

"I'm so much more grateful for everything that I have, even just to have a pillow at night or food. You know, my gratitude has gone up so much,” us Weekly quoted her, as saying.

Hilton added that she is actually ‘sick’ of the media that had made fun of her plight, and that now, she wants to use her fame in ‘a good way’.

“I just realize that the media used me to make fun of and be mean about it...[I am] frankly sick of it and I want to use my fame in a good way,” she added.

The 26-year-old added that she is yearning to give her dad a big hug, but the prison rule forbid her to even do that.

Hilton also said that she is not a criminal or someone dangerous, and that it is hard but she is getting ‘stronger everyday’.

“I am behind glass and I want to give my dad a big hug and they won't even let me do that. That's how the rules are; you have to be behind glass. I'm not a criminal, I'm not dangerous, so it makes me feel like that. It's hard but I'm stronger everyday,” she said.

LYNWOOD, Calif. (AP) -- Paris Hilton left jail Tuesday after a bizarre, three-week stay in which the hotel heiress was briefly released to her Hollywood Hills home, then sent screaming and crying back to a county lockup.

The 26-year-old celebutante walked out of the all-women's jail in Lynwood to an enormous horde of cameras and reporters after midnight. She had checked into the jail, largely avoiding the spotlight, late June 3 after a surprise appearance at the MTV Movie Awards.

Hilton smiled as she left the jail, her blonde hair pulled back in a ponytail. Her parents, Kathy and Rick, met her in a black SUV as cameras snapped pictures and Hilton, wearing a gold blouse with white trim over a white shirt and black slacks, waved to the crowd.

She didn't say anything, and it wasn't immediately clear where she was going.

''She fulfilled her debt. She was obviously in good spirits. She thanked people as she left,'' said sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore.

Hilton will complete her probation in March 2009 as long as she keeps her driver's license current and doesn't break any laws. She can reduce that time by 12 months if she does community service that could include a public-service announcement, the city attorney's office has said.

Hilton began her 45-day sentence for violating her probation in an alcohol-related reckless driving case. She was mostly confined to a solitary cell in the special needs unit away from the other 2,200 inmates.

She spent only three days there and was released with electronic monitoring by Sheriff Lee Baca for an unspecified medical condition that he later said was psychological. The following day Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer, who sentenced the hotel heiress, called her back into court and ordered her returned to jail, saying he had not condoned her release.

Hilton left the courtroom in tears calling for her mother and shouting, ''It's not right!''

She was then taken to the downtown Twin Towers jail, which houses men and the county jail's medical treatment center, where she underwent medical and psychiatric exams to determine where she should be confined.

Hilton's stay there cost taxpayers $1,109.78 a day, more than 10 times the cost of housing inmates in the general population.

The move by Baca caused a firestorm of criticism over whether the celebrity was getting special treatment. The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors has launched an investigation into whether the multimillionaire received special treatment because of her wealth and fame.

At least one person has filed a claim against the county alleging she ''had serious medical issues'' but was treated much worse than Hilton.

A few days into her stint at the Twin Towers medical ward, the heiress revealed in a phone call to Barbara Walters a new outlook on life.

''I used to act dumb. It was an act. I am 26 years old, and that act is no longer cute,'' Hilton said during the call, according to an account posted June 11 by Walters on ABC's Web site.

''It is not who I am, nor do I want to be that person for the young girls who looked up to me,'' Hilton was quoted as saying.

Hilton's path to jail began Sept. 7, when she failed a sobriety test after police saw her weaving down a street in her Mercedes-Benz on what she said was a late-night run to a hamburger stand.

She pleaded no contest to reckless driving and was sentenced to 36 months' probation, alcohol education and $1,500 in fines.

In the months that followed, she was stopped twice by officers who discovered her driving with a suspended license. The second stop landed her in Sauer's courtroom, where he sentenced her to jail.

LYNWOOD, California (AP) — Paris Hilton was transferred back to an all-women's jail because her condition was declared stable after a week in a medical ward, a sheriff's official said Thursday.

She was taken late Wednesday to the Century Regional Detention Center in Lynwood, and placed in the medical unit there. If all goes well, she will be returned to the jail's special needs unit and released June 25, spokesman Steve Whitmore said at a news conference.

Hilton, 26, began her 45-day sentence June 3 at Lynwood, where she was confined to a solitary cell in the special needs unit away from the other 2,200 inmates.

At the treatment center where she was taken a week ago after being returned to jail from home detention, she underwent medical and psychiatric exams to determine where she should be held.

Hilton's case has caused a firestorm of criticism over whether the celebrity was getting special treatment because the sheriff sent her home her after serving just three days of her sentence.

When Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer sentenced Hilton last month, he ruled she would not be allowed any work release, home detention or use of electronic monitoring to track her whereabouts.

The judge gave no explanation on June 8 of his ruling to send her back to jail but his comments throughout the hearing showed he was affronted by Sheriff Lee Baca's decision to set aside his instructions and release the heiress to do her time in the luxury of her Hollywood Hills home with an electronic ankle bracelet.

Hilton left the courtroom in tears shouting, "It's not right!"

Attorneys who have handled similar cases have said her treatment was neither special nor unusual. The Los Angeles County jail system is so overcrowded that thousands of prisoners have been released early, many serving only 10% of their sentences for non-violent crimes.

In Hilton's case, though, the sheriff's decision was based on an unspecified medical condition.

Public clamors for Paris news — just not her DVDs

Paris Hilton's legal troubles continue to make headlines all over the world.

But the public's fascination only goes so far.

The 26-year-old heiress's TV series, The Simple Life Goes to Camp, has steadily declined since its debut Memorial Day, to 1.3 million viewers. Last Sunday's episode, after news channels went big with coverage of her return to jail on Friday, pulled in just 890,000 viewers, according to Nielsen. That's still the E! network's highest-rated show of the week.

Sales of The Simple Life DVDs are up 24% from what they were a week ago, says 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment's Steve Feldstein. "All this non-stop coverage has got to be good for something," he says.

But even a significant percentage gain like that didn't exactly push The Simple Life DVDs to the top of the sales chart. As of Wednesday morning, The Simple Life — The Complete Fourth Season ('Til Death Do Us Part) was at No. 1,482 on Amazon.com's list of top-selling DVDs. The Simple Life — The Complete Third Season (Interns) was at No. 3,348, The Simple Life — The Complete Second Season (Road Trip) was at No. 2,747, and The Simple Life — The Complete First Season was at No. 4,066.

Taking a look at Hilton's movies now out on DVD, they ranked even lower on the list. National Lampoon's Pledge This!, a teen comedy in which Hilton plays the president of a snooty sorority, and the horror remake House of Wax, in which Hilton gets killed, didn't even crack the top 5,000.

Hundreds of auctions for Paris Hilton items on eBay have ended without a single bid, from posters and photo CDs to autographed stills — including a hand-signed 8-by-10 for which bidding started at exactly one cent. No takers.

And of the items that did sell, the ones that poked fun at Hilton seemed to attract the most action, and the most bids. A black T-shirt emblazoned with "Lynwood Jail, Los Angeles County — The New Hilton" sold for $11.99, while a "Free Paris" shirt fetched $12.49.

LOS ANGELES (AFP) - Celebrity socialite Paris Hilton, who was dragged sobbing back to jail, says being in prison is the hardest thing she has ever done, but she will not appeal her sentence, US media reported Sunday.

"Today, I told my attorneys not to appeal the judge's decision," Hilton said in a statement, reported by the Los Angeles Times.

"Being in jail is by far the hardest thing I have ever done," said the 26-year-old heiress to the Hilton hotel fortune who was sentenced to 45 days in jail in May for violating her probation and driving on an suspended license.

Her early release on Thursday, after just three days in jail, triggered a wave of outrage and an angry judge demanded she be brought back to court on Friday, when he ruled she had to go back to prison.

Images of a disheveled, distraught Hilton, far from the cool, glamorous blonde seen gracing catwalks and red-carpet soirees, were seen around the world as she was handcuffed by police and brought before Judge Michael Sauer.

"During the past several days, I have had a lot of time to think, and I believe that I am learning and growing from this experience," Hilton said in her statement.

Sheriff Lee Baca, had on Thursday released Hilton tagged with an electronic ankle bracelet and ordered her to serve out her sentence under house arrest for unspecified "medical reasons."

Stunned prosecutors filed a petition in protest and on Friday Sauer ordered Hilton back to jail to serve out her sentence, which was expected to run 23 days with time off for good behavior.

Hilton apparently broke down, wailing "Mom, Mom, Mom," as Sauer ordered her back to prison saying "the order is final and forthwith."

On Saturday, Hilton was in a Los Angeles jail hospital room, despondent and medicated with a psychotropic drug, gossip site TMZ.com reported.

Her psychiatrist spent two hours Saturday with the detainee, whom sources said had been crying, had not eaten, and was sullen and withdrawn, TMZ said.

But in her statement, Hilton thanked her fans for their messages of support which she said she had been reading in her cell, and took a swipe at Friday's relentless media coverage of the unfolding drama.

"I would hope going forward that the public and the media will focus on more important things, like the men and women serving our country in
Iraq and other places around the world."
