Celebrity Gossip : With her career floundering and her once fetching freckled face seemingly aging in dog years, Lindsay Lohan probably has bigger worries than whatever magazine pose Jessica Simpson is striking.

Or not.

The New York Daily News says the sobriety-challenged starlet was chuckling with pals last week over Jessica's new Esquire cover, in which the blonde pays unintentionally unsexy homage to a 1965 photo of Marilyn Monroe-esque actress Virna Lisi lathered up and shaving.

"I so already did that," she supposedly laughed to her friends, alluding to her butt nekkid Monroe reenactment in the pages of New York magazine.

But is Lohan now planning to bare everything on the big screen?

So says the London Sun, which claims the actress, 21, who recently landed a role in the Jack Black comedy "Ye Olde Times," is willing to accept just $80,000 to star as a "nymphomaniac waitress" (paging the Academy) in an indie flick titled "Florence."

"Lindsay doesn't care she's getting paid peanuts. She wants to remind people she can act and that she is worth hiring," a source asserts to the tab, with a "pal" adding, "She is fully aware of the potential of her body. Lindsay wants to build up an image as a mature, responsible actress."

But Lohan's spotlight-craving mom-ager Dina, who labeled her nudie New York mag pics "tastefully done" art, denies the full-frontal whispers, insisting to "Access Hollywood" that "she is not" planning to doff her duds.

Which is good, because there are far better ways to prove you're "mature" and "responsible" than by showing off naughty bits that everyone with an Internet connection has already seen many times before.

Like, for example, staying away from the places that helped land you in rehab on three separate occasions.

The college course-needing Lindsay was photographed exiting Los Angeles hot spot Foxtail on Friday night with her BFF, DJ Samantha Ronson.

The following evening, Ronson "threw her arms" around Lohan at Teddy's as Mariah Carey's "Touch My Body" played and "the two moved to the music," says People.

It was the same story on Thursday when the pair turned up in the VIP section of Goa, where Lindsay got her groove on as Ronson DJ'd.

"Lohan was obviously having a good time, dancing very sexy," a bystander tells the mag. "She was quite the center of attention."

All eyes were also on her when she popped into nightclub Villa earlier in the week.

"Lindsay came in with her head down pretending she didn't want to be noticed," an eyewitness tells FoxNews.com. "But it's a small club and she stopped right in the middle where everybody could see her acting all coy."

Meanwhile, is Lohan's overly active social calendar preventing her from visiting her ailing paternal grandparents?

Her Chatty Cathy dad Michael tells the New York Daily News that Dina has made it "hard as hell for me to see my children."

"Even though my father is dying and my mother was in a car accident on Easter, my parents still haven't seen my children," rails the media-courting Papa Lohan. "[Dina] told me, 'It's up to the kids if they want to see their grandparents.' But she's made no effort to put them in touch or make this happen."

Michael is also planning to file suit against his ex-wife over her forthcoming E! reality show, "Living Lohan," alleging she lifted the idea -- and the title -- from him.

"Dina uses people, gets what she wants and then turns her back on them or claims the ideas were hers all along," Michael fumes to Us. "She thinks the law doesn't apply to her or her family since they always get away with things and use Lindsay's name to do it."

He then concludes to the Daily News, "She's bent on an evil path."

Britney's a 'Great Mother'-Paris Hilton

NEW YORK (AP) -- Paris Hilton is rooting for Britney Spears.

"I wish the best for her and I just wish everyone would leave her alone so she could live her life," the 26-year-old hotel heiress-actress tells E! News. "She's a great mother and a great girl and I really care about her."

She was taken to a Los Angeles hospital by paramedics earlier this month after police were called to her home because of a dispute involving her two sons. A court commissioner decided to keep in effect an order suspending Spears' right to visit Jayden James, 1, and Sean Preston, 2.

Spice Girls to Strip for Victoria`s Secret

The reunited girl group - Victoria Beckham, Mel B, Emma Bunton, Mel C and Geri Halliwell - are in talks to pose in Victoria's Secret underwear ahead of their performance at the company's star-studded fashion event next month.

However, the band are said to be terrified about stripping down to their lingerie and have embarked on strict diet and exercise regimes to ensure they look their best.

A source said: "The girls are working out like crazy to ensure they look sexy. The shoot will feature each girl wearing lingerie appropriate to their Spice Girls nickname."

The photos will be released on November 15, just before the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show at Hollywood's Kodak Theatre.

During the show, the girls - performing as a five-piece for the first time since Geri sensationally quit in May 1998 - will sing new song 'Headlines' as well as an old track, thought to be 'Say You'll Be There'.

The source added: "They wanted one old and one new. But they may still change their minds about the old one."

It was recently revealed the band are selling their new album exclusively through Victoria's Secret.

The group have signed a £5 million deal to make their greatest hits LP only available in the US at outlets of the underwear giant when it is released in November.

Victoria's Secret will also offer fans a special limited-edition box set, which includes charm bracelets, a karaoke DVD, postcards and posters.

Actress Jessica Alba has vowed that she would 'never' strip naked for a film - because her Catholic background does not allow her to do so.

The 26-year-old actress revealed that she wouldn't think twice before turning down a role that requires her to go nude, as she believes it is important to abide by her strict religious beliefs.

"I will never do a nude scene in a movie - not ever. I can act sexy and I can wear sexy clothes but I can't go naked. I think I was always very uncomfortable about the way my body developed," Daily Mail quoted Alba, as saying.

"I come from a Catholic family and it wasn't seen as good to flaunt yourself. I can handle being sexy with clothes on but not with them off," she added.

Meanwhile, Alba has revealed her willingness to become fat and shave off her long locks for the right film role.

Anderson, who has been married twice before, wore a tight-fitting cream Valentino mini-dress and vintage Neil Lane jewelry for the nuptials.

Anderson told the magazine the wedding ceremony was organized by Rick and her driver and close friend Errol Lyon gave her away.

Anderson wrote on her own website that she isn't pregnant and suggested that Salomon is a little sensitive about the media attention.

Barretto started working for Spears when she got out of rehab on March 20, and was fired on May 17 because he did not hear Britney asking him to pick up her hat.

Barretto had actually apprised Britney of his hearing impairment but he admits without rancor that she probably never even learnt his name during the three month, preferring to call him either baby or honey.

The loyalty of the 6ft 7in gentle giant, who says without a hint of grandstanding that he would have taken a bullet for the pop star, has never been questioned.

The 27-year-old former private investigator, who filed a declaration in court Monday (17 Sep 2007) against Britney alleging "nudity, drug use and safety issues post-rehab" says he did so out of safety concerns for Britney's two toddlers.

Britney as a mother

Britney always needed help with her children and frequently turned to her bodyguards for it.

"I was surprised to find how much the job involved looking after her kids," he says.

"We were the only family around her. She'd call a doctor to come out if they cried too much."

Britney's behavior was unpredictable even in the presence of her children 'She's unpredictable. No one knows what she'll do next. That's what scared me. I don't know what caused her screaming, whether it was drugs or mental instability. She'd be wailing, making no sense. It was worse at night. 'She'd scream and guards would run to check on her, just in case it was a snake or an intruder. 'I'd ask how she was, and she'd say, "I'm OK." Sometimes the baby was in the room when she screamed, and the guards would grab him. There were times when an overwhelmed Britney would begin "to shut down" and send all the help around her away. Those were the moments her security detail would fear for her kids. Britney's day starts "around one or two in the afternoon." 'There were times when she spent very little time with them, some days less than an hour. And she's not very good at knowing whether they eat or need changing. I don't think I ever saw her feed her kids at home.

"Once she took the kids to the dance studio and didn't bring any food for them. She sent someone out to get them soup and crackers."

Barretto recalls how at the security detail, "We'd say, 'We're not bodyguarding; we're babysitting.' But we were babysitting Britney, as well as her kids. "In my opinion, it was a child taking care of children. I wouldn't have her as a babysitter."

Drugs

Britney, displayed a very limited attention span and would get bored of anything quickly, a possible reason she turned to drugs.

"I've seen her take narcotics in nightclubs on only two occasions, but her drugged behavior - fidgety, nervous, jumpy - I've seen at her home, too, so I assume she was on drugs at home," Barreto says.

He never saw Britney buy drugs, but says: "She'd sneak out of the house on her own without security. Sometimes she'd be gone till the next morning. It was an unspoken subject, just as nobody ever asked her about drugs."

Alcohol

Britney's stint at Promises rehab did not do her much good.

"She was supposed to be sober after rehab, but she loved her Jack Daniels and Coke," says Barretto.

He claims: "She'd always drink it in a Styrofoam cup, so nobody could see what she was drinking.

At one point of time, when she was seeing Howie Day, Britney may have come close to an overdose of drugs and alcohol feels Barretto.

He recalls how on the day she was to perform at the House of Blues concert at Anaheim she went missing.

Barretto and another guard finally found her locked in a room with Howie Day.

When they broke open there were cigarettes, and what appeared to be narcotics next to the bed, straws and a powder that appeared to be cocaine. Across the room was a glass pipe for smoking drugs.

"He was on the bed in his boxers. Her eyes were huge. She was upset, kept shaking, biting her nails and sweating. She was really high. My partner said she was the worst he'd ever seen."

Barretto's account of Britney is complete and provides an excellent insight into all her quirky behavior reported in the tabloid press - her proclivity to go commando, shed clothes any where and anytime, erratic and unlicensed driving, forgetfulness, vanity, seeking paparazzi attention.

Barretto who at no time sound self serving continues to wish Britney well.

"I've seen some pictures of her recently. She doesn't look happy - but that's OK. She needs help. I hope she gets it. I want to see her succeed. 'I was raised without a mum and dad. My grandparents took me away from my parents because they had me at a very young age. 'I don't want that for Britney's kids. I wish Britney the best.'

On Saturday, the Queen of Pop met with Israeli President Shimon Peres.

Madonna and her hubby, Guy Ritchie, were seen entering the home of the Nobel Peace Prize laureate in Jerusalem after the end of the Jewish New Year at sunset Saturday. Peres gave Madonna a copy of the Old Testament, the Jewish Bible, in the meeting that she requested, Israeli TV reported.

The meeting was closed to the press.

Demi & Ahston are also in Jerusalem with their fellow Kabbalists.

And, Rosie O’Donnell’s trip to Israel has come to an end. The former View co-host is currently in the U.K. On Saturday night, she took in the London production of Billy Elliot, the musical.

Britney Spears 'Just wants to be a Mom'

New York: Britney Spears "just wants to be a mom", her lawyer, Laura Wasser, said adding, "I believe this is a frustrating time for her".

Wasser spoke to reporters Friday outside the courtroom after another hearing in the custody fight between Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline, people.com reported.

TMZ.com and CelebTV cited court documents signed Friday saying Spears will continue to pay Federline $20,000 in spousal support.

However, a legal source close to the case told people.com that it "was an old document filed for housekeeping purposes. All the financial issues in this case have already been decided".

The source said Federline's spousal support of $20,000 a month ends in November. "But he still gets child support - an amount that's already been decided. He can come back and ask for more child support, but he has not yet made that request. The only (additional) money that (his lawyer) has requested is to cover his attorney fees," the source said.

Wasser did not confirm any details about what was discussed at the hearing. Asked if this is a frustrating time for Spears because of the negative reactions to her appearance last Sunday at the MTV Video Music Awards, Wasser said, "Yes. I think she just wants to be a mom, and both of her kids' birthdays are this week, and I think she would've liked to celebrate with them without having to worry about the entire nation - the entire world - being concerned about what's going on with her personally and her custody battle with Mr. Federline."

Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, said outside court that as far as how Federline was faring, "He is doing great".

Asked if Spears's recent public appearance is helping or hindering her case, Kaplan replied: "I don't know what thing you are referring to and I'm not going to talk about any strategy. I think how she is doing is something for her attorneys to address."

Wasser, when asked to address a story that Spears tried to offer Federline a settlement, which he resisted, replied: "I don't believe that's true. They met and are trying to work it out so they don't have to have a judge make determinations for them regarding their kids. I don't know that he was resistant or she was resistant. They are both trying to work to come up with something together."

On Wednesday, Spears, 25, attended an unscheduled meeting with Federline, 29, and his attorney at the Century City offices of Wasser. The meeting fell on son Jayden James's first birthday and five days before the parents are due to face each other before a family court judge Monday.

Their son Sean Preston turned two Friday.

Spears and Federline currently have 50-50 custody, but Federline is seeking more time, serving subpoenas on people in Spears's inner-circle to show problems in her parenting skills.

Hollywood siren Pamela Anderson has confirmed that she is seeing Las Vegas illusionist Hans Klok.

The Baywatch beauty is currently performing with Klok as his assistant in his magic shows.

She told American TV chat show host Craig Ferguson: 'There's a lot of love backstage. It's very physical, it's very loving.' Former Baywatch also says that she plans to quit Hollywood because she loves her "glamorous" role alongside illusionist Hans Klok.

She has been signed up to stay on at Klok's Las Vegas magic show until the end of the year, sources reported.

A Boob Job can Triple Long-Term Suicide Risk

A boob job may give you the breasts you have been craving for, but doctors are warning that it can also triple the risk of suicide in women.

The finding is based on a long-term study conducted by researchers at International Epidemiology Institute in Rockville, Md, and the Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Nashville.

As a part of the study, lead researcher Dr. Loren Lipworth and colleagues performed an extended follow-up study of 3,527 Swedish women who underwent cosmetic breast implant surgery between 1965 and 1993.

They then used the death certificate data to analyze causes of death among women with breast implants, compared to the general female population.

They found that the long-term risk of suicide is tripled for women who have undergone cosmetic breast implant surgery.

The risk was greatest—nearly seven times higher—for women who received their breast implants at age 45 or older. (The average age at breast implant surgery was 32 years.)

Suicide risk was not significantly increased for the first ten years after implant surgery. After that, however, suicide risk increased with time since surgery—risk was 4.5 times higher from 10 to 19 years' follow-up, and six times higher after 20 years.

The researchers also noted that women with breast implants also had higher rates of death from psychiatric disorders, including a three-fold increase in deaths resulting from alcohol and drug dependence.

Several additional deaths, classified as accidents or injuries, might have been suicides or involved psychiatric disorders or drug/alcohol abuse as a contributing cause.

"Thus at least 38 deaths (22 percent of all deaths) in this implant cohort were associated with suicide, psychologic disorders, and/or drug and alcohol abuse/dependence," the researchers write.

There was no increase in the risk of death from cancer, including breast cancer, among women with breast implants.

Several epidemiological studies have found an increased suicide rate among women with cosmetic breast implants.

The current study provides extended follow-up data on a previous nationwide study of Swedish women with breast implants, more than doubling the number of deaths analyzed.

"Nontrivial proportion of women undergoing breast augmentation undergoing cosmetic breast augmentation may bring with them—or develop later—serious long-term psychiatric morbidity and eventually mortality," said Dr. Lipworth.

The study and its findings appear in the August issue Annals of Plastic Surgery, published by Lippincott Williams & Wilkins, a part of Wolters Kluwer Health.

Lindsay Courted for Car Chase

Tracie Rice, a passenger in one of the cars chased by Lindsay Lohan last month, has sued the actress for assault and negligence.

The lawsuit was filed on Tuesday at the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, while the 'Mean Girls' actress is undergoing treatment at a rehabilitation centre in Utah.

"What Miss Lohan did that night was extremely dangerous and reprehensible," said Rice in the legal papers.

"Someone could easily have been killed or seriously hurt because of her irresponsible decisions that evening. (She) put me through one of the most frightening experiences of my life."

Rice is demanding payment of expenses such as medical treatment as well as unspecified damages due to the 21-year-old actress' "intentional infliction of emotional distress".

"Reluctantly, I have decided to bring a civil action against Ms. Lohan for the enormous damage she has done to me by her conduct that evening," said Rice in a statement.

"Her actions showed a complete disregard for my safety and well-being and that of the entire community."

Meanwhile, Lohan is also facing possible legal action from the three men who were in the car she allegedly hijacked on the night to chase her former assistant.

The troubled actress, who is currently completing her third stint in rehab this year, was arrested on 24 July after police were alerted by the mother of a former assistant. Lohan had reportedly chased the woman through the streets of Santa Monica, California.

The arresting officers found Lohan's blood alcohol level was over the legal limit and discovered cocaine in her possession.

On 26 May she was arrested on Sunset Boulevard after crashing her car into a pavement and found to be under the influence of alcohol.

Jolie's Sexual Sacrifices for Brad Pitt

Angelina Jolie’s bisexuality has been well documented. However, after falling for beau Brad Pitt, she’s not only given up on lesbian, but also kinky sex.

Lindsay Lohan's former bodyguard has revealed that her parents have to be blamed for the starlet's bad behaviour, for both Michael and Dina Lohan ‘were wild, abusive, neglectful partiers'.

Tony Almeida, who worked with the Mean Girls star between 2002-2005, has opened the lid on how she had to deal with her parent's alcohol and drug related abuses from a young age.

"From a young age, she dealt with her father's physical, emotional and drug abuses as well as her mother's drinking,” the New York Post quoted him, as saying.

Citing one incident, he said that once a furious Michael Lohan had ‘slammed on the brakes and dragged her out of the car, pushed her up against the hood, screamed at her and called her a slut on the Long Island Expressway.'

Almeida ‘got in the middle of it and pulled him off.'

“(Meanwhile, Dina often) let her do whatever she wanted, just to keep her happy and working... [At her 16th birthday party] Lindsay drank whatever she wanted - I saw her drinking beer and mixed drinks with my own eyes [without Dina's intervention],” he added.

The ex-bodyguard also said that Dina looked at the starlet as a cash cow. Dina was desperate to become a star herself and received 10 percent of Lindsay's income.

"Lindsay was the family cash cow - and she resented it, They counted on her to pay their bills... I saw Lindsay exhausted, begging her mother for some time off,' he said.

When Lohan was 15, they allowed her to share a room with her then boyfriend Aaron Carte, for they were glad that she found someone who could help her in her singing career.

"They knew Lindsay was sleeping in Aaron's room. But they seemed happy she had chosen somebody who could benefit her singing career,” he added.
