Celebrity Gossip - Lindsay Lohan to bare all in next flick?

Celebrity Gossip : With her career floundering and her once fetching freckled face seemingly aging in dog years, Lindsay Lohan probably has bigger worries than whatever magazine pose Jessica Simpson is striking.

Or not.

The New York Daily News says the sobriety-challenged starlet was chuckling with pals last week over Jessica's new Esquire cover, in which the blonde pays unintentionally unsexy homage to a 1965 photo of Marilyn Monroe-esque actress Virna Lisi lathered up and shaving.

"I so already did that," she supposedly laughed to her friends, alluding to her butt nekkid Monroe reenactment in the pages of New York magazine.

But is Lohan now planning to bare everything on the big screen?

So says the London Sun, which claims the actress, 21, who recently landed a role in the Jack Black comedy "Ye Olde Times," is willing to accept just $80,000 to star as a "nymphomaniac waitress" (paging the Academy) in an indie flick titled "Florence."

"Lindsay doesn't care she's getting paid peanuts. She wants to remind people she can act and that she is worth hiring," a source asserts to the tab, with a "pal" adding, "She is fully aware of the potential of her body. Lindsay wants to build up an image as a mature, responsible actress."

But Lohan's spotlight-craving mom-ager Dina, who labeled her nudie New York mag pics "tastefully done" art, denies the full-frontal whispers, insisting to "Access Hollywood" that "she is not" planning to doff her duds.

Which is good, because there are far better ways to prove you're "mature" and "responsible" than by showing off naughty bits that everyone with an Internet connection has already seen many times before.

Like, for example, staying away from the places that helped land you in rehab on three separate occasions.

The college course-needing Lindsay was photographed exiting Los Angeles hot spot Foxtail on Friday night with her BFF, DJ Samantha Ronson.

The following evening, Ronson "threw her arms" around Lohan at Teddy's as Mariah Carey's "Touch My Body" played and "the two moved to the music," says People.

It was the same story on Thursday when the pair turned up in the VIP section of Goa, where Lindsay got her groove on as Ronson DJ'd.

"Lohan was obviously having a good time, dancing very sexy," a bystander tells the mag. "She was quite the center of attention."

All eyes were also on her when she popped into nightclub Villa earlier in the week.

"Lindsay came in with her head down pretending she didn't want to be noticed," an eyewitness tells FoxNews.com. "But it's a small club and she stopped right in the middle where everybody could see her acting all coy."

Meanwhile, is Lohan's overly active social calendar preventing her from visiting her ailing paternal grandparents?

Her Chatty Cathy dad Michael tells the New York Daily News that Dina has made it "hard as hell for me to see my children."

"Even though my father is dying and my mother was in a car accident on Easter, my parents still haven't seen my children," rails the media-courting Papa Lohan. "[Dina] told me, 'It's up to the kids if they want to see their grandparents.' But she's made no effort to put them in touch or make this happen."

Michael is also planning to file suit against his ex-wife over her forthcoming E! reality show, "Living Lohan," alleging she lifted the idea -- and the title -- from him.

"Dina uses people, gets what she wants and then turns her back on them or claims the ideas were hers all along," Michael fumes to Us. "She thinks the law doesn't apply to her or her family since they always get away with things and use Lindsay's name to do it."

He then concludes to the Daily News, "She's bent on an evil path."

Lindsay Courted for Car Chase

Tracie Rice, a passenger in one of the cars chased by Lindsay Lohan last month, has sued the actress for assault and negligence.

The lawsuit was filed on Tuesday at the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, while the 'Mean Girls' actress is undergoing treatment at a rehabilitation centre in Utah.

"What Miss Lohan did that night was extremely dangerous and reprehensible," said Rice in the legal papers.

"Someone could easily have been killed or seriously hurt because of her irresponsible decisions that evening. (She) put me through one of the most frightening experiences of my life."

Rice is demanding payment of expenses such as medical treatment as well as unspecified damages due to the 21-year-old actress' "intentional infliction of emotional distress".

"Reluctantly, I have decided to bring a civil action against Ms. Lohan for the enormous damage she has done to me by her conduct that evening," said Rice in a statement.

"Her actions showed a complete disregard for my safety and well-being and that of the entire community."

Meanwhile, Lohan is also facing possible legal action from the three men who were in the car she allegedly hijacked on the night to chase her former assistant.

The troubled actress, who is currently completing her third stint in rehab this year, was arrested on 24 July after police were alerted by the mother of a former assistant. Lohan had reportedly chased the woman through the streets of Santa Monica, California.

The arresting officers found Lohan's blood alcohol level was over the legal limit and discovered cocaine in her possession.

On 26 May she was arrested on Sunset Boulevard after crashing her car into a pavement and found to be under the influence of alcohol.

Lindsay Lohan was the Family Cash Cow

Lindsay Lohan's former bodyguard has revealed that her parents have to be blamed for the starlet's bad behaviour, for both Michael and Dina Lohan ‘were wild, abusive, neglectful partiers'.

Tony Almeida, who worked with the Mean Girls star between 2002-2005, has opened the lid on how she had to deal with her parent's alcohol and drug related abuses from a young age.

"From a young age, she dealt with her father's physical, emotional and drug abuses as well as her mother's drinking,” the New York Post quoted him, as saying.

Citing one incident, he said that once a furious Michael Lohan had ‘slammed on the brakes and dragged her out of the car, pushed her up against the hood, screamed at her and called her a slut on the Long Island Expressway.'

Almeida ‘got in the middle of it and pulled him off.'

“(Meanwhile, Dina often) let her do whatever she wanted, just to keep her happy and working... [At her 16th birthday party] Lindsay drank whatever she wanted - I saw her drinking beer and mixed drinks with my own eyes [without Dina's intervention],” he added.

The ex-bodyguard also said that Dina looked at the starlet as a cash cow. Dina was desperate to become a star herself and received 10 percent of Lindsay's income.

"Lindsay was the family cash cow - and she resented it, They counted on her to pay their bills... I saw Lindsay exhausted, begging her mother for some time off,' he said.

When Lohan was 15, they allowed her to share a room with her then boyfriend Aaron Carte, for they were glad that she found someone who could help her in her singing career.

"They knew Lindsay was sleeping in Aaron's room. But they seemed happy she had chosen somebody who could benefit her singing career,” he added.

Lindsay Lohan Checks Into Rehab In Utah

SUNDANCE, Utah (August 5, 2007) -- Lindsay Lohan has checked into the Cirque Lodge drug and alcohol treatment center in Sundance, Utah, according to a CBS News radio report.

This would be Lindsay's third stint in rehab, following her previous stays at Wonderland and Promises in the Los Angeles area.

Cirque Lodge was recently named by Town and Country magazine as one of the top substance abuse treatment facilities consistently providing outstanding levels of care.

Cirque Lodge provides alcohol rehab and drug rehab treatment services at two main facilities: the Lodge and the Studio. The Lodge is described as "a private substance abuse mountain retreat with stunning views of both the Sundance Ski Resort and the cirque on beautiful 12,000 foot Mount Timpanogos." The drug treatment center at the Studio is located near the base of Mount Timpanogos and the mouth of Provo Canyon, a world-renowned fly-fishing and ice climbing area.

Admission guidelines state that a thorough history and physical examination will be completed upon arrival by the center's medical staff, and it is also stressed that new participants keep an open mind:

"We believe that recovery involves spiritual healing and ask that all individuals seeking addiction treatment at Cirque Lodge be open to exploring this aspect of their lives," say the guidelines.

The rooms are certainly built for comfort, with private and shared rooms featuring down duvets and pillows, reading and relaxation areas, fireplaces or wood-burning stoves, and large bathrooms with slate tile and jetted tubs.

Earlier today, the NY Post's Page Six reported that Lindsay had gone to her mother's home on Long Island on Friday. The exact day of Lindsay's reported check-in to The Cirque Lodge is not yet known.

Lindsay is due in court in Santa Monica on August 24, where she will face charges from her Los Angeles arrest on July 24 for suspicion of DUI and driving on a suspended license, as well as previous DUI-related charges.
